Paddleboard The Lakes are hiring!

After another fantastic year at Newby Bridge, we look to the season ahead and hope to continue to grow and build our team. We are recruiting for seasonal staff members for the following positions:

• Paddlesport Leaders/Instructors to assist us out on the water, as well as helping with equipment hire bookings and general marina maintenance.
• Enthusiastic Marina Assistants, who might not be qualified to instruct, but are looking for seasonal hours to assist us with day-to-day tasks in a fun outdoor environment and help run our ice cream trailer based on site.

Both roles require a reliable, flexible and friendly attitude to help maintain our great team atmosphere and make customers feel welcome, whatever the weather!

Hours are part-time and dates are flexible depending on availability, but will include weekends and school holidays, which are naturally our busiest times. There will also be the opportunity to increase weekly hours throughout our busier summer months. Hourly rate will vary depending on qualifications and role applying for. Full training provided and on-the-job support given.
